He explained that science and faith both affirm our ability to change and grow—our brains are "neuroplastic," meaning they can be reshaped by our thoughts and choices. God has given us the spiritual DNA to become more like Christ, and we are called to take every thought captive, replacing negativity with the truth of God's Word.

Key practical steps included:

• Regularly reading and meditating on Scripture to shape our thinking.
• Taking time to quiet our minds and listen for God's voice.
• Speaking God's promises over our lives and others.
• Remembering that our identity is rooted in Christ, not in fear or past mistakes.

Dr. Imes encouraged us to see ourselves as God sees us—loved, forgiven, and empowered to live out His will. As we renew our minds, we not only experience personal transformation but are better equipped to share hope with a hurting world.
